For all divers it’s their duty and a must to protect the underwater environment.
We’re very proud to announce that the HUGYCUP competition will also try to contribute to save our seas.

A 1000 US $ cash prize will be awarded to the best picture that shows in a positive or negative way the human presence today in the Komodo National park.

The Komodo national park is a Unesco world heritage site which needs full protection.
During the HUGYCUP 2012 we’ll try to monitor the situation and it will be the participating photographers and videographers tasks to also take pictures of every influence in positive or negative way of human activity in the national park.
